Untraditional broker.

When we meet, I'm visiting to see if we
will actually be fit, you might not like
my untraditional systems. I might feel
you and your home is not a
doable fit for me.



With 44+ years I am not going to be a
traditional broker using the same worn
out systems going back to 1908, just
some not all.



Most of my competitors will meet with
you and tell you what you want to hear
if it means you're going to list with them.


This is what will happen. They'll list an
over priced home that will never sell,
use that home for branding and to get
leads for homes that are priced lower.




With me, I don't list homes that will sit
on the market for a long time. I list
homes that are priced right the first
time.



If you are looking for an agent who will
tell you what you want to here, I'm not
